1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AuthorSovereignty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Author Accounts & Content
Authors are responsible for the books and content they upload. You confirm that you own or have the rights to sell any content you publish. AuthorSovereignty does not claim ownership of your work — your rights remain yours. You may publish on other platforms simultaneously; we do not require exclusivity.
3. Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Transaction fees apply to each sale based on your selected tier. Payments from readers are processed by Stripe and deposited according to Stripe's schedule. Founding Author pricing, where applicable, is locked in for the life of the account.
4. Reader Purchases
Readers receive private, expiring download links for purchased books. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased files is prohibited. Refunds, if offered, are handled at the author's or platform's discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to publish illegal content, infringe others' intellectual property, or engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or its users.
